Good news/bad news, we pulled the panel again to look at the furnace (we did not remove it or any pieces from it) and our blower fan wheel is fully intact, no blades missing that we can see.
The combustion side blower wheel also looks fine.
We checked again in the orifices and see no obstructions.
So back to square one.
