On some rigs, there is a control box at the A/C return, where the thermostat connects and operates relays to fire the furnace.
However, if your furnace blower runs and ignition is attempted 3 times, that's not where the problem is. Assuming that when there is an ignition attempt, there is a spark, then either your gas is not flowing, or the gas valve is not opening, or the igniter is out of position.
Start at the most likely. Close the propane tank valves and reopen verrrrrrrry slowly. There's an overflow protection device that will block propane flow if the valves are opened at 'normal' speed.
Light the burner on the range to make sure air is purged from the propane lines.
Check the hoses coming out of the dual regulator to make sure they aren't pinched anywhere.
