Furnace starts and ceiling lights get brighter

We are hooked up to shore power, but wonder why ceiling lights get brighter only when furnace starts? Battery getting weak? We just got a used 2011 Cyclone in May. Thanks.

I was getting surges like that and it was my converter going bad. It will do this for awhile ,then eventually bite the dust.
