Furrion TV won’t scan and add Chanel’s

Have a large Furrion TV and up till now it’s works perfect.
‘This trip when we set the input to cable and scan it won’t find but 2 old time show channels, some how things got locked
When I scan this pops up “ Spectrum Emergency Alert System Channel “ and we only have 2 old show channels.
‘How do we unlock the system to get past this and add channels?

A message about Spectrum doesn't really sound like something that would be built into the TV. Sounds more like the cable content is from Spectrum. Maybe ask the campground management for help.
