Garage bed

I have a 2019 Heartland Cyclone HD model 4005. My retractable bed in the garage is down will not rise. The battery has never been replaced and I bought the unit new.
Has anyone had this problem and what was the fix ?

Our bed did this once. On the rear ceiling in the corner is a control box. Check and make sure the connections are in place tight.
One of the wires had come out, just a little, but enough to keep it from working.

Also, you may want to check the 12VDC fuse. If none of this helps, you will need to start chasing the power to/from the switch.

make sure nothing is against the upper limit switch located near the top inside the rail been there
