Garage heat vent location on cyclone 4100 ?

It is located on the wall between the sliding door and bathroom door. Not much heat comes out. We have found that a small electric heater keeps the toy room reasonable warm with the sliding door open. We do have carpet on the floor. We even have the back door open with only the 3 season wall in place. It has been in the 20's and 30's but not a lot of wind.
