I'm in full hook ups now and everything is working, what's with generator power?

I don't have a built in generator but sounds like you have something either loose or not connected with the generator hookup.

You have a junction box in the compartment next to the generator, outside the enclosure.
Follow the big wire conduit. That would be the easiest and first place to check.

Take the cover off, and check for power from the generator's 2 legs.

If you are not comfortable with 120 volt AC electric - you are best to not open the boxes.

From there - behind the rear basement wall, about centered, is the transfer switch. Metal box about 6" square.

From the Genny to the circuit breaker panel is conventional home type wiring.
