getting TV off the entertainment mount

Hello, I just got a 2020 Pioneer BH280 and cannot figure out how to get the tv off the mount so I can hook up HDMI and other things into the tv. Also it was mounted a little crooked. I cannot lift up and it seems to be on the mount.. does anybody know how to take the 50 inch Axxera 4k tv off the wall in the entertainment center?

On a lot of these TVs, one needs to look below and above the TV for #2 square bit head screws...when they are removed, the backerboad, mount, and TV are one assembly to deal with....not saying yours is like that, but something to check and see.
