About a month ago my wife and I traded our Heartland Road Warrior in on a 2014 Big Horn 3570RS. We took it on a 2 day trip to the dealers campground to make sure all was well and that we understood most things. Then we were off on a 19 day shake down trip. Nothing much over 100 miles from home so if we had problems it would be easy to get back to our dealer. As hard as we tried, we could only find one problem. The faucet in the bathroom is set way to far back and just misses splashing on the counter. I contacted Heartland. They asked me to send them some pictures. I got a reply within a couple of hours. They are going to replace the counter top! I like this kind of customer service!
