Regarding: 2008 Bighorn 3570RL
This is to express overall appreciation for Heartland RV’s with emphasis on customer service. Over the past seven years we have visited or travelled through most of the lower 48, Alaska, and the Canadian provinces with the exception of Newfoundland and Labrador. The delight of it all is that in our Bighorn we wanted for nothing as the creature comforts we desire were built into the camper. We also recently finished 11-1/2 wonderful months primarily touring National Parks of the West. Certainly we remain elated by the convenience of traveling in this Bighorn fifth-wheel where tens of thousands of miles have been safely logged.
This past September we experienced Customer Service from Heartland RV’s that, to our way of thinking, exemplified admirable corporate pride in its product and reasonable respect for some unnecessary suffering by a Heartland owner.
For example, we jumped from a pop-up camper into the Bighorn and being somewhat ignorant about what to expect contributed to the following: a Dealer working to repair stress cracks in the fiberglass surrounding the bedroom slide repeatedly failed to get to the heart of the cause. This amounted to recurring visits to that Dealership and an inordinate amount of charges.
Bringing that delima to Heartland’s Coley Brady, V.P. Sales, he assessed the circumstances and referred us to Greg Legatt in Customer Service. An appointment was made for us to leave the camper on a Monday to be ready the following Friday afternoon. Having it back, we now have every reason to believe that recurring problems mentioned above are behind us…for all of this and more we are both relieved and quite thankful!
We sincerely hope these words convey the true sense of how very much we appreciate Heartland RVS, its people and, of course, its products.
