2021 Heartland Torque 371 50 Amp Service

Our 2021 Heartland Torque 371 will not draw 50 amp service. We have tried at multiple campgrounds.

When connecting into a 50 amp plug, our display panel shows 30 amp service. The lack of 50 amp services affects our ability to use all of our appliances. You cannot use all three air conditioners. If you use two air conditioners, you cannot use the microwave or plug in another appliance.

When using our generator, our display panel shows 45 amp service.

Any ideas why we can't pull 50-amp service?

Are you sure you are getting 50-amp service to/from the transfer switch? If you have a power cord reel, it could be the issue.

check the cord for continuity end to end & chek the transfer switch connections on the cord in & out side. Also check wiring from transfer switch to cord connection. You are loosing one leg somewhere on the shore power side of things

Thank you @david-steph2018 and @Dahillbilly! We've never messed around with the transfer switch or connections. I will share with this info with my hubby and see what he says!
