We just took delivery of our Big Horn 3160 on Tuesday. When we got the rig home we had a hydraulic leek in the auto leveling system. It worked fine during the dealer walk thru. What happened is a hose hit a solenoid and it burned a hole in the line. I took the rig back to my dealer (Wagner Trailer Sales in Cleveland Wisconsin) the next day. To make a long story short. They could not fix it there due to not having a $3000 hydraulic fitting crimper so they call a local semi-truck service garage and the first I could take it in was Friday morning. I went there on Friday and it was fixed within an hour and the bill was being sent directly to Wagner Trailer Sales. This is what I expect for customer service after the sale. Wagner is a great dealer so if someone from Heartland reads this, Wagners is the type of dealer you want to keep. I am very pleased with Wagners and the Heartland Big Horn. We had out maiden voyage this past weekend.
