Great Service from Heartland and Lippert
This weekend the shaft coming out of the off-door side front jack broke in two
right where the screw attaching it to the square cross shaft goes thru it. I called Heartland Customer Service this morning who put me thru to Lippert. Gary at Lippert was EXTREMELY helpful in tracking down the correct kit I need to repair this and getting it shipped out to me today. Even emailed me a PDF cutaway diagram of the gear assembly and parts to use as a reference when replacing everything. With any luck it'll be here before this weekend and I'll be able to get the jack repaired on Saturday. Unfortunately I'm out of warranty and had to pay, but the price of the repair kit was only $25 so I'm OK with that. Overall - great service from Heartland and Lippert both. Two thumbs up.
