grey tank empty

where would my grey tank water be going if when i empty it doesn’t drain, and it’s not backing up anywhere? it drained a couple weeks ago, went to empty all the tanks today (black was burping) and nothing came out of either. went inside and ran both sinks/shower, again no water and we shower daily wash dishes daily ect. where would the water be going?! i don’t notice any water on the ground under the camper.

Are you sure your valves ate opening when pulling the handles. Strange that the black is not dumping as well.
Another possibility is that something is stuck in the main line and not allowing either tank to drain.

Do you leave your sewer hose connected? You might have a leaky valve.
Do you have a clear connector on your hose to observe what's coming out, or not coming out?

Peace

If we're taking bets, I'd put $5 on this too. Put a clear 90 on the end and run your sink.

If it's not on the ground (which I assume you would have noticed) and it's not overflowing (ditto) down the sewer pipe is the only other option.

i do not. its all white pvc, we’re full time stationary on our property. the handles are hard to get in and out and don’t seem like they go in all the way like there’s a little give. maybe they are cracked open!

the handles aren’t under the camper like i see on most, it’s in a little “station” in the basement area with the black tank flush/city water switch and outlets so i can’t necessarily see behind them to check like you could on one that just has them sticking out under the camper. but it does seem like the two grey tank handles are a little bit further out and the black tank handle does have a little bounce back if you push on the handle inward (like to make sure it’s shut.) they grey tank handles have a little bit of a bounce to them. i push them in and they bounce back just a little

You have cable operated valves, the cables have failed and won't close the valve completly. I wen to Barkley electric operated valves and haven't had any more issues since. Going on 10+ years.
