Heartland just called. Mr Ron got a promotion and is now over all the customer service/warranty personnel. You may have already known and maybe old news but I didn't know......Congrats!
We've been out of warranty since May 17' but they've offered to pay half of our bill. No complaints as they didn't have to do anything.
