A little more information might help. Did it ever turn on the awning lights or anything else? Does the remote seem to be ON? Is the remote charged (if rechargeable battery)?
Battery is good. Lights come on and flash different colors via switch but not via remote. Remote has an eye but I can't figure out where the other eye would be.
