High Pointe Model

Can anyone who owns a 2014 3260 Elite tell me what model microwave/convection oven they have.
Had a manual but the dealer burnt it up in the microwave. It' says High Pointe but can't seem to find the model # on it anywhere to download a manual.

Found the model EC942KIW. Does anyone know where I can find a manual or phone number.

Check the tools tab above for lots of manuals. This is a Highpoint,,,maybe not the right one,, but may find phone numbers.
