Returned home here on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay after spending the last two months on the road in "Sunny SW Florida" Put a total of 3914 Miles on the Rig and spent $1277 on Fuel. Had a few minor problems with the Bighorn- broke a cord on small Day-Nite Shade, broke one of the door latches for the sliding mirror and had to replace electric HW element < make sure you get the HW Heater full of water before you turn on the switch>. Other than the cost of the fuel it was a Great trip, the weather was so much better then last winter in Fl. with temps in the 70's and 80's almost everyday and only a couple of shower's. We saw a lot of Heartland Products and made some new friends , saw some old friends. We found "John Travolta's" home in Ocalo but neither him or his Plane were home at the time. We attended the "Chalo Nitka" Festival and Rodeo in Moore Haven, Fl. and ate way too much good food and enjoyed the Rodeo, the Parade, the Alligator wrestling and the Snake handling show, We attended the Heartland Florida Chapter Rally at Lazy Days and had GREAT time there !!! with more good food and two nites of music and dancing and we cannot forget Jim B. and the Banana Game or the Ball in the Cup game that Judy and I were part of. Now it is time to get the Rig cleaned up and ready to attend the Va. Chapter Rally in Williamsburg Va. Hope to see lots of you on the road this summer !!:)

It sounds like you had a great time. We're planning on wintering in FL next year. Still doing research for places to stay. Thanks for your post.
