Unfortunately there aren't too many RV parks on Lake Hamilton. We haven't been to either of these but are from Hot Springs originally. Hopefully one will work for you.

I don't know if it's near the lake but we really enjoyed Cloud9 RV Park in Hot Springs. We also drove through (w/o trailer) the Hot Springs KOA, it was very small and cramped.

Cloud 9 is near, but not on the lake, a very nice campground.........the koa is smaller than cramped, will do in a pinch, or to stay till you can find something better.
