Hot water tank not working on electric.

I have a ten gallon Atwood dual fuel tank. It works fine on propane, just not electric. I've checked the thermostats, and heating element, both good. What next? I guessing the relay or control board? How do you troubleshoot them?

I've seen a couple that have had bad burned 120 volt connections at the water heater.
There should be a box on the side of your water heater where the 120 volt romex connects.
Cut the power to your water heater and check those connections.

Mine has a switch in the HW panel that has to also be turned on. Note on mine it had a piece of tape covering the switch so it may not be obvious.
