how to remove lights in dining area

Hello everyone. Hope everyone is having a GREAT Camping season! I have a 2013 NT FBS22 and in this RV there is lights (2) in the dinning area which are mounted under the cabinets. I have tried to get the lens off which seems to be held up maybe with a spring? don't know. I don't want to pry / pull too hard in fear of breaking it. Can anybody tell me how to take them off? replacing with LED one I get them uncovered to see what kind they are. Any help will be appreciated!

You are correct about the spring holding the light cannisters in place.
So what you need to do is pull the light cannister down and out of the hole.
Those springs are like mousetraps so be careful.
Once the fixture is out, the lens just unscrews. Probably less than 1/4 turn.
I don't know the number of the bulb but I do know that it is a 10 watt halogen.
