Williams, AZ is nice. You can take a day trip on the Grand Canyon RR to the GC Lodge. They have a decent campground on site. I'll post anything else that comes to mind.

Shoot me a PM when you plan on passing through Winslow, AZ, maybe we can get together for a cup.

You could take some side trips on the "Mother Road" old route 66. Lots of neat things to see.

We are heading east right now on I-40. Any recommendations for over night stay in Winslow or Holbrook? (Not sure how far we'll get)

We're going to stay at Homolovi State Park. Decided Winslow over Holbrook since last time we were through here, Phil just dropped me at "The Corner" as we were just starting out RVing and couldn't find anywhere to park. And of course I had to see it :p

Look me up when your in town. The only thing that might be an issue at Homolovi is the wind. That time of year it should be out of the south or southwest, so pick a site that puts your door north or northwest.

We stayed at the KOA in Holbrook last year on our way to the Grand Canyon and the Quartzite Rally.

Nice place . . .

There was another RV park on the west side of town that looked pretty nice . . . don't remember the name of it.
