I thought I understood 6 point level-up but......

I thought I understood 6 point level-up but after set-up today, it obvious I do not. Where we are camped, there is a slight incline. After doing the auto level twice, I still show a 1.9 degree list to the right. I went into manual mode and tried to lower the left side jacks but cannot do so. I think the right side is pretty well extended, so if I can just lower the 3 jacks on the left side, I'd be go to go. In manual mode when I push the left side, the display shows me the 1.9 degree list, but does not move the jacks. Is there something I am not doing correctly??

Sounds like your jacks are reaching full extension on one side so you can't get level. The easiest solution is to put wood or plastic blocks down on the low side so your jacks can get a higher extension. This has happened to us on sites with a big side to side slope.

On occasion yes...some sites are just too far off and the legs cannot extend far enough...no big deal.

Now you guys have solved that problem maybe you can help me solve mine on my 6 pt. I have 2 enterior doors, a bathroom door swings to the entry door side to open and the bedroom door swings to the entry door side to close. I have a little pet peeve to keep both doors from swinging either all open or all closed, and am having a devil of a time getting them to stay in the middle at the same time. Any help would be appreciated. The good lord hasn't blessed me with patients nor much of a brain, so I need help !! Thank you, Bobby A

I had a brain once but it no longer functions after working for the government for the last 12 years.

Yes. Just be aware that the front will drop.
Keep anything that could contact at least 1' clear of the trailer.

Best way? Retract the 4 rear jacks then raise the front several inches.
Then hit the auto level again.

I have done this when it is obvious the level had changed due to settling.

Some here prefer to auto level once the slides are out. That is how I do it - when I remember.

Depending on the current slope, I would keep everything clear of the front end.

Thanks Porthole, I'm thinking my issue is not a settling issue, because of the 2 interior doors that swing in the opposite direction, it seems I have to find the level up sweet spot in order to get the doors to my liking. I've gotten it just perfect and then press the button 10 times like they say to set that position to memory and the next time I pull into another site its the delimma all over again. I wish I could just set it and forget it cause it drives me crazy !!

Well, if your referring to the beep at the end of the cycle when level then yes. However I'm not sure what the original starter of this Thread was referring to in regards to the 1.9 list ??????

That is correct. When I got done with the auto-level sequence, both times, I did not get the "level" beep. The control panel kept blinking that I was off-level. Putting boards under the one side solved my problem

I think y'all are talking about two different things. Porthole is talking about the calibration confirmation, not the auto-level confirmation.

Exactly...the re-level calibration gives an visual confirmation on the screen...not just a beep that you get when you do a regular auto-level...
