iRV 33 not accepting CD or DVD discs

We have a 2016 Big Country with the iRV33 unit. It has been fine until this last trip and it will NOT take a disc. Tried turning it off and on, pushed "eject" multiple times, and still will not take a disc. It seems to me it thinks there is already a disc inside so it will not take another. Any suggestions or is there a manual reset I can push? And...failing that what do you recommend replacing it with if needed? We are headed out for a month and would like this to work if possible.

I spoke with the nice folks at IRV and they suggested I buy a IRV 34. Of course they would. No suggestion on how to reset the DVD carriage or fix the issue.

So...I bought a $49 Blue ray/DVD player from Amazon and simply connected the HDMI to the TV. As the sound bar works from the TV, I still have surround sound when playing movies. Done!
