Is this a early Heartland RV?

Anyone recognize if this is a Heartland? Not sure and the guy wasn't all that informative. I don't guess you need a TPMS on solid rubber tires do you?

Heartland never made Class A's. I believe that is an Oldmar, the predecessor to the modern Newmar.
