Jensen 3208 LCD in Cyclone

Is it normal for the speakers to buzz/vibrate/rattle when the volume is up enough to overcome the AC noise?

This a new, just delivered 07/25/09 Cyclone

When the kids have the music turned up and the bass also turned up the will buzz and rattle everything, if I turn down the bass it kills the rattle/buzz on my cyclone.
