We have been in our rig now 3 times and have an issue with the TV sound from the receiver. The sound is surprisingly good from the surround sound bar and subwoofer but the sound cuts off suddenly. What is strange is that we can change channels on the TV and magically we have sound again on the original channel and the channel we changed to.
There seems to be no regular time intervals but sooner or later this pattern repeats itself. When the sound cuts out again I can switch to TV sound and all is good on the original channel.
Weird huh?
Any suggestions?

You might go to the Insignia website, they have a forum there and some troubleshooting tips to help narrow down if it is a problem with the tv.

Is the connection to the soundbar via Bluetooth? The Bluetooth transmitter on the TV or receiver on the soundbar might be flaky. If you can run a cable as a test to see if the problem goes away, that would narrow things down.

If the soundbar is a Bluetooth connection, you might also test that part of the system by transmitting music from your phone or tablet via Bluetooth. If the soundbar works well from your phone, but not from the TV, that would suggest the transmitter in the TV is the problem area.
