How do you open the keypad to change the battery?
Also how do you post your info about your rig and tow vehicle, etc.?

Hi Jimmy852 and welcome to this great forum.
You didn't mention what year your rig is.
If your keypad is mounted on the wall next to the for you will have to pry it off the wall then remove some small screws from the back side.

To update your information, click on MY PROFILE at top right. Then click on the ABOUT ME tab. The items with a pencil icon on the left can be edited, which will fill in information about for others to see.

If you want to add a signature to your posts, click on SETTINGS. Scroll down on the left to MY SETTINGS/EDIT SIGNATURE.
