Kitchen Faucet Split in 2010 Elkridge 29RKSA

The end of our kitchen faucet (the bit at the front that is attached to the faucet tube with a little screw) has developed a split that occasionally shoots a small, but feisty, stream of water out sideways for quite a distance. As fun as it is to hear my husband suddenly yelp when it scores a direct hit :D, I think I should replace it before it gets worse. I can't find a maker's name or model number on the faucet -- can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

I see no reason why you could not replace it with any faucet found at any big box home improvement center. Find one you like and install it.
Or if you want an exact replacement call Heartland Parts.

Thanks, Dave. I will give Heartland a call, I guess, since I don't want to replace the whole faucet, just the plastic bit on the end. The rest of it is fine and I'll keep it unless I absolutely *have* to replace the entire unit.
