Kitchen slideout problems

We have a 2011 Bighorn 3610RE. Our kitchen slideout has started to slide in crooked and the last time iy left an indentation on our floor. Are there any quick adjustments I can do myself?

HERE is a link to Lippert Componets page of Slide-Out Manuals. There should be some information on adjusting the slides there. You might look to see of any of the fittings are loose or perhaps shifted a little. You might be able to tell by looking a rust or dirt marks. THIS is the basic hydraulic slide manual.
