HI Jesse 123! Welcome to the forum.
Could you be a bit more specific about the problems you are having? There's a lot of experience here and I'm sure you'll get some helpful information soon.
I'm pretty sure you are talking about hydraulic landing gear on your 3950 so the first things to check for general issues will be fluid level in the reservoir and wire connections.

Yes Thank you ! Well it works with an electric moter on the right side (as you stand in front) then you have a bar going to the left side:

Hi Jesse,

You might give us a little more information about your Cyclone,, year model,, new or used? If you have the electric front jacks operated by the one electric motor, they are slow and you need to make sure your battery is fully charged. If you have weak battery it will make it almost not work, but plugged into truck or with unit plugged into pedestal it should work, but they are slow.

You have the electric ones.
Do a manual crank test.
If hard to crank the gears are not meshing right and the centering plate at the top of the jacks needs to be held. I used a hose clamp to center it.
Look at the detail drawings and you will realize that the centering plates are allowed to float which causes unnecessary drag and possible early failure.
