Leaking AC unit over BR

I have a 09, 3600RE Big Horn with the second AC unit over the bedroom. About 1 month ago I could hear a strange noise coming from this unit. A noise that sounded similar to a bearing going out.

Last week I noticed a discolored light brownish stain on the front side of my roof running down to the gutter. I got on a ladder and inspected the AC unit. I could see where a liquid substance, not greasy, has leaked or discharged from the front of the AC Unit and ran down and over to the front side. I would say less than a quart of some type of liquid. It has dried and the AC unit is working fine with no additional leakage, abnormal noise or vibration.
Any thoughts?

Possibly condensation from the AC...if so, it's normal.

I thought of that but the condensation is running toward the front and it's not discolored.

I'd take the cover off and check it out, could be a freon-oil charge leak. Is the operating temp ok?

The operating temp is perfect. I had it on Med over the weekend and it was very comfortable inside.
