LED light ends gone out

Hi everyone,
I replaced a few of my ceiling lights with LED 1136. Now I have a few that the ends of the lights have gone out? Does this mean they are burning out? Also, is this a safety issue, should they be replaced now or wait until they completely burn out---could this be a connection issue?
thanks,

I don't think there is any safety issue. There are a couple of manufacturers of the led lights and just like regular light bulbs, some are better built using quality parts while others are not. You just have to find a manufacturer that makes a bulb which suits your needs.

You might try contacting the manufacturer of the LED bulbs if it came in retail packaging. I know StarLights guarantees their bulbs for 5 years.

Of all the LED's I've put in to replace the old bulbs, only one has shown a flicker of an end LED. So I moved it to a lamp that rarely gets used in the basement.
