2019 Wilderness 3125BH
LED light strip is the kind that rolls up into the awning, the strip itself works well enough (a couple of dead/offcolor LEDs in the center) but for some reason the remote has now gone completely haywire. The buttons no longer correspond with the indicated color or functions. The LED strip does respond to the remote, but I never know what it's going to do (eg I press the 'off' button, I get a strobe effect. I press the 'orange' button and get purple). I have replaced the batteries in the remote and the problem remains. Any ideas?
