Speaking about the Lighted Sign !!!

Just a reminder, to all the Landmark ppl out there !!!

Don't forget to REMOVE YOUR SIGN, before hittin' the road .. Last week, after arriving home from Iowa, I was surprised to see
our lighted sign hanging in its normal location !! OMG, I feel VERY lucky that it didn't fall off during our 340 mi drive, esp on the rough roads around Chicago !!

The leds on our 365 sign have quit working. Has anyone replaced theirs? If so how? That is a really short piece of led.
There are a number of LED kits on Amazon. Be careful to get one that is USB. Many are 12vdc with power supply. You need to get one that is USB which is 5.1 volts DC. I changed one for a good friend and used one that you can change colors and flash modes. You will need a hot glue gun. Some double faced sticky tape and a tyrap or too might be helpful. Took me a half hour or so to take the old out and put the me in.

Received our sign at our dealer today. Order went somewhere but parts stepped up and sent it out.

I think the signs are available only to the original purchaser. But why don't you call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. Phone calls are easy and cheap and you never know. Maybe things have changed.

I’m a second owner. The sign is free to original owners, but cost $250ish to second/third owners. Got mine last week.

Hey Landmark 365 owners,

If you didn't find an order form in your blue bag with your manuals or if your dealer didn't complete the form with you at time of delivery, attached is the order form in Acrobat format (fillable).

You may either:
  1. Print the form, complete it and fax it into the fax number at the bottom of the form
  2. Print the form, complete it, scan it and email it as an atachment to the email address at the bottom of the form
  3. Fill the form out electronically, save the filled form and email it as an attahment to the address at the bottom of the form

How do I follow-up on my order if it's been more than 5 weeks since I emailed it in?
Call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 and ask for Brenda Arms. She coordinates the sign orders. She can confirm receipt of your order and track down the status if needed.

According to post #92 of this thread the sign is available for a fee.
Call Heartland customer service and ask.
