Microwave auto sensor not working

While we were camping last week my wife tried to pop some pop corn and bake some potatoes in our microwave using the auto sensor feature.The feature would not work and F1 flashed on the display. Anyone else have this problem and if so what did you do?The microwave works fine otherwise.
