CarterKraft...that would have been way too easy!
When I was considering my options, I was thinking Y connector has two inputs on the top of the Y and one output on the bottom of the Y; but after you mention it, it really doesn't matter which port is an input or an output. "Duh"-to-me!
I actually have a Y on order to add in a 3rd panel and have already made all of my changes so the two panels are now working together and the 3rd will connect in with the Y. That will be as much as I can expand the current charge controller.
