I've purchased two switches, wire conduit and made some oak "escutcheon" plates to give enough room for wiring them. This will allow turning the reading lamps over the bed on/off without getting up off the bed to do so. Photos will follow when the modification is done. And I also bought LED replacement "bulbs" for them.
Side note: JR Products makes a lot of the plastic RV parts. While they don't sell retail, they are very willing to answer product questions via e-mail. They helped me order the right parts from Amazon.
