Moving Loose Shower Head Mount

Our shower head mount that hold our Oxygenics Brushed nickel shower head keeps coming loose and before I move it up higher on the wall, I want to know about if there is anything I need to know before hand.

I should also probably use the mount that came in the box as well and stainless steel screws.

Have you tried a screw anchor? They spread out behind the wall and should not pull out. Get the correct size for the screw, I assume stainless steel, that the mount has. https://heartlandowners.org/showthread.php/59026-Moving-Loose-Shower-Head-Mount

I used the factory supplied mount and have never had any problems with it.

Is there an access panel on the opposite side of the wall. If there is place a small reinforcement board ,small piece of wood then screw it back in

I also use the factory mount with no problem. If you do move it, a little clear silicon between the mount and the wall will help secure it.
