Multiple appliance failures

2015 key west has had a series of issues. I had to have the converter replaced and now the fireplace gave up, the dryer shuts off and the front ac is acting up. Anyone got any ideas?

Sounds like the coach might have bit hit by an electrical surge, or lightning strike, or perhaps a problem with the neutral connection. Multiple electrical/electronic device failures is typical when one of those things happens.

Are you using an Electrical Management System/Surge Protector?

I have the ems that is built into the trailer but no external protector
