Need fresh water tank

Fresh water system is sucking air. I’ve replaced everything except the tank itself.
2015 north trail 23RBS. Any place I can get a new water tank that is a good one?
Also the little furnace is not keeping up in cold weather. It’s been completely rebuilt but air out the vents is barely warm during colder weather. Ideas?

I don't know about the fresh water tank. If you can measure it, you can find some manufacturers/suppliers on the internet with a search. Maybe Heartland service can clue you in with a call and your VIN number. On edit: Online specs says that the tank capacity is 36 gallons. Here is a page from 1 vendor with 36 gallon tanks.

Just to be sure, did you check out/replace the hose from the tank to the water pump, and check all of the connections for airtight fittings? Have you tried just using a 5 gallon paint bucket in place of the tank to try to PROVE that the tank is the problem??

Regarding the heat issue, and IR laser thermometer has all sorts of uses in RV's. From measuring your furnace output temperature at the source and comparing that to the heating outlet vents, to checking the input/output desired differential of 20 degrees F on your air conditioner, to checking your trailer tires/wheel bearings heat during stops while travelling, to even seeing if your food is cooked above 165 degrees F to prevent food bacterial infections. You can also test your AC circuit breakers under heavy load to see if they (or connections) are overheating.

Here is a link to the Harbor Freight cheapest one - I think TEMU has them, too.

Tank not likely the issue. As stated earlier the most likely points is the line between the pump and tank or the antifreeze fill line/shutoff valve. The pump may also have a crack, unless that is one of those things you replaced. The only place air could enter the pump from the tank is at the connection at the bottom of tank. No way can you pull air from above the water line down to the pump. I'd be doing a thorough inspection of all the water lines for signs of a leak. Try pressurizing your system with the pump. Turn the pump off. Wait 12 to 24 hours and turn the pump back on. Your system should be able to hold that pressure so the pump shouldn't come back on.
