If it is flat on top and the sides are sealed, than I would not worry about it. Mine has looked to some degree like that ever since it was new. Now if the top starts to bubble or lift, that is a different thing and one to worry about.
Mine looked the same way but not as bad. The dealer said it was not a problem, but what I expect the dealer to say. I have walked around the lot at a large rv dealer and a lot of the rvs had the same problem. Make sure the roof caulking is in good shape.

It looks just like my roof. I was wondering if there was something wrong with mine as well, but after seeing some of the other submissions it appears that mine is not the only one. I was happy to see one of the earlier respondents who reported that his dealer said that it was not a problem.
