Does anyone have a stock# for these bushings for my 3670RL Bighorn. I am going to order some.
Thanks for the info,
Steve

Here's a link to the Never Fail page. Kit #s are in the center of the page and there's a link to a spec sheet. Camping World sells and installs them. To find other dealers who handle them, you'll probably have to call Mobile Outfitters.

Thanks for the info-I have someone to put them in I just want to order the right ones. I did my Equa-Flex and wet bolt kit on a previous sob. I've decided not to do that type of work anymore. If anyone is looking for these Tweetys sells them.

I have gotten the bushing from Reico-Titan who is now Mobile Outfitters. The website has been listed above.

If you google Neverfail bushings there seems to be very little data on them except here on the HL forum and the promotional statement from LCI.

Hopefully they will perform as advertised.

After about 12K miles, upon inspection several of my factory orange plastic bushings were toast.

I opted to go with the Dexter wetbolt/bronze bushing setup, along with 1/2" shackles and I am going to stay with that.
I will keep it maintained, as I have not heard anything negative about that setup if it is maintained properly.

I am going to wait for more feedback before jumping on the Neverfail bandwagon. JMHO Trace

I found a set of Never Fail Bushing on the Camping World web sight, these things are not that expensive ($56.99). So my next question is this a DYI job?

I put on a welt bolt kit and equa-flex. It took about 5 hours-not fun for DIY.I have a company that told me they will install for $160(labor only). I have not priced anyone else, but that seems cheap to me for that job. Keep greasing your wet bolts all the time. I did not for a few months then some of them would not take grease. I tried everything to get them to accept grease. I finally had to tap them back slightly and turn the bolt a little to get grease to go in (PIA)-no more wet bolts for me. I hope these never fail are as good as advertised.

CAmping World did mine last week... They did a superb job - $59 for the bushings and about $140 for the labor....

I don't think it's real hard Gus just a lot of crawling around under the trailer. I would just do 1 side at a time so you don't flip an axle

A problem might arise if the nuts have seized/corroded on the bolts. Good chance of snapping one, if you overdo it. Mine resisted attempts to free them, so until I locate a source for new bolts, I'm holding off on installing my set of bushings.

John, it looked like on the Website, that the Never-fails come with new bolts.

I got my NeverFail bushings back when they were from Reico-Titan (Lippert/Mobile Outfitters bought sales rights for these and CorrectTrack from Reico-Titan.) I only got the bushings. If I had it to do over again, I would buy some thick shackle plates from Dexter along with the bushing upgrade. I think you can only buy the thick shackles with new wetbolts.

Gus,

Sometime ago I replaced my bushings, a bushing tool will help if you have worn bushing as they can be very difficult to remove, the same tool can be used to install the new ones also.
