Hi terriblet,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and family. We have a great bunch of people here and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

Hope your snow melts without any problems and you can get to your favorite camp ground. If nothing else and it's in your drive way... try it out at home. You will find things you need and didn't bring without having to go shopping.

Enjoy the forum and join us at a rally.

Welcome! That would kill me - buying a new trailer and having to wait to use it. Hope you get a good weekend soon!

If you bought it further South you could have used it prior to bringing it home. :) Hope to see you n the road and at some rallys, they are really fun to got to.

We absolutely love our 2950RK. It is big enough to be comfortable but not so large that it is hard to find places to park. Please consider joining the owners club also.

Thanks for the warm welcome! We started out camping many years ago in a tent and worked our way up to a fifth wheel in 1999. We purchased a 1994 Prowler that had barely been used. We pretty much wore it out and purchased a 2006 Cougar in March 2012. It was nice but it had some issues. Trying to pass some time during our long Michigan winter we came across our Big Country online. We were hooked! We did purchase it in the south as we bought it from Camping World in Akron OH. LOL. Spring is right around the corner and to help pass the time we have made several reservations for camping trips. We have lots to look forward too! :)

Hope you made a reservation for the Heartland International Rally in Goshen, IN.

Join us if you can. Lots of great folks, good seminars, great entertainment and good food.

New to this site. I don't know how to start a post. But thanks for the welcome. The weather in Terrace BC is warm and the snow is gone. Ready to use my new Big Country 3250TS. Just paid for it Friday and testing it out in my driveway. Have some issues but I am sure they can be fixed. No heat to the bedroom and the furnace seems to keep running. Used 30lb tank of propane from Friday to Sunday morning. Takes a long time to heat the rv. Water leaks under the kitchen sink.

Bryon,

If you have no hot air coming out of the bedroom floor duct, you'll want to take down the basement wall near the UDC and see if perhaps the duct came loose from the bedroom register. If it has, you're heating the plumbing area instead of the bedroom and the living area thermostat will keep calling for more heat.

Checked out the duck and it was off the furnace. The dealer will repair it. Thank you for the info.
