New Heartland Owner and New to 5th Wheel

Hello,
We just closed on our 2nd camper and first Heartland and 5th Wheel.
We picked a 2017 Big Country 3965DSS. We just fell in love with this layout and the room! Our first camper was a 2020 Grey Wolf 26RR toy hauler, so this is a massive jump from that.

We pick it up next Tuesday and are giddy with excitement on this next chapter or our story. I'm sure I'll have lots of stupid questions after I get her home.

Congrats!!!! We have it's sister version, '18 3560SS and like you, love the room and 2 fireplaces.If it doesn't have wet bolts on suspension, highly recommend getting them.

I just got my camper home to camp and found that the side vent panel for the fridge blew off somewhere on the way home. Does anyone know where to get a replacement?

You can go to a RV dealer or try a surplus place like Bontrager's:
