New Rg28 owner

Recently picked up a 2019 used from an individual. This weekend will be the first time using it at the races. We've been spending the last week deep cleaning and going over everything. I'm currently awaiting blue prints from the company, but figured I'd ask here while I'm waiting.
The previous owners awning got messed up and he replaced with a non original and never wired it in. Does anyone know where the wires feed from or where I could hook into the factory switch line? Is it top or bottom of the awning? The wires on the one installed come out the bottom. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

On our Road Warrior the wires come out at the top at the awning. This way you run the wires down the awning material edge, on the inside, and hook into the motor on the awning arm. When it was replaced due to storm damage, they used a fish-tape and ran it up from the motor end to the wall, then pulled the wires thru.
