They will run you @ $100 but check these out. I'm going to get some for mine.

If you use the hoses, I would suggest using a removable thread lock product on the inside tire valve stems.
I had them on a dually and they were constantly coming loose and leaking air.

Actually tools are very difficult to use on ford wheels...

That's why DH has me!! My little hands fit thru the holes in the wheels...good reason for him keeping me around...LOL!!!
