New to RVing, New to Heartland, New to RV Resorts... Just a Noob

Hello all! Hoping to gain knowledge and 5th Wheel information here as needed. Just purchased a 2024 Heartland Eddie Bauer Signature 3100RL (No Sub Forum / Commitee Group that I can find) and looking forward to spending my Ohio Winters in Florida. Yes, first 5th Wheel, first RV, first time having a second-ish home on wheels, even though it will be stationary. Watched a ton of You-Tube videos so now I should be almost prepared for the delivery in November. Wish me luck. LOL!

Don't know your travel route, but if you can AVOID Atlanta or at least take the bypass around it. I believe we used to take the west bypass.
