New Torque T-31 Questions

Just got our new T-31 this afternoon, and so far everything is checking out well. I have ran into a few questions, hopefully some of you have some insight:

1. Anyone know where to get the TV mounts that use the wall V mount that is already furnished? I have seen some people called the manufacturer, I might try that in the AM.
2. Anyone know where the Water pump is located?

I'll run my water tonight and track down the water pump noise.. you'd hope it's in a place that's accessible.
