I have tried numerous calls since Wednesday, December 27th to reach someone at Heartland about an issue I'm having with our 2022 Fuel 287. I've left many messages at the number that was on their site and the same number given to me by Camping World Service Dept.
877-262-8032. They said I need to get the issue recorded with Heartland for warranty purposes.
I am having an issue with a structural piece above the door that seems to be lifting up and may soon poke out through the roofing material itself. I want to let them know ASAP about this issue, but have no idea if they got my name and number on their answering machine, as I've had no response.
Has anyone else had issues getting return calls from Heartland? Does anyone have a different number than this one?
